This week was all about Art Deco, with the packed-to-the-rafters sold out launch last Wednesday of Kim Wilson’s Brisbane Art Deco, a wonderful collaborative collection of photos and essays on Brisbane’s Art Deco built heritage. Patti Miller also paid us a visit on Thursday night to chat to us about Paris, philosophy, memoir writing, bees and her marvellous new book Ransacking Paris, which appears at number three on the list. The only other newbie on the list is Pip Lincolne’s Craft for the Soul, which she will launch tonight at Avid!
